Meet Rema

I started Enovate Learning LLC in June of 2019 with a mission to help solepreneurs, freelancers and individuals share their knowledge. For the past six years, I’ve helped individuals and organizations educate employees, customers and clients by creating interactive, online learning experiences.

I received a Master of Science in instructional technology from Bloomsburg University of Pensylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in applied psychology from Pennsylvania State University.

I approach each challenge with a spirit of curiosity, openness, innovation and collaboration.  My strengths include intellection, input, strategic, learner and restorative, according to the StrengthsFinder personality assessment.

When I’m not working, I am practicing yoga, hiking in nature, biking on nature trails and traveling.

Client Testimonials

“We are very appreciative of the time that you [Rema Merrick] volunteered to create a driver safety training for our agency. The training was well structured and encompassed all of the necessary features for the type of employees that we hire. Our employees are able to complete the training from their own computers which was also needed since we have a mostly mobile workforce. This process also gave us new ideas on software that we can purchase to develop similar trainings for our agency in the future. … Thank you for the time that you spent to assist our agency to improve our training programs.”
