Meet Rema

Rema Merrick started Enovate Learning LLC in June of 2019 with a mission to help companies build a smarter workforce. She is an expert eLearning designer and developer with over six years of experience creating innovative, eLearnining for companies in the airline, natural gas and other industries.

EDUCATION

She received a Master of Science in instructional technology from Bloomsburg University and a Bachelor of Arts in applied psychology from Pennsylvania State University.

VOLUNTEER SERVICE

She is the founder and moderator of IDDPR, a professional development group for training professionals. She also mentors new professionals to the learning and development field.

PERSONALITY

She approaches each challenge with a spirit of curiosity, openness, innovation and simplicity.  Her strengths include intellection, input, strategic, learner and restorative, according to the StrengthsFinder personality assessment.

FUN

When she’s not working, she practices yoga, jogs in nature, bikes on nature trails and travels.
