After you purchase a plan, you will have access to download the Project Start packet from the Client Portal or using the button below. The Project Start packet includes the Client Readiness checklist and Project questionnaire. 3. COMPLETE CLIENT READINESS CHECKLIST AND PROJECT QUESTIONNAIRE.
Review the Client Readiness checklist to make sure you have the required materials and have completed the appropriate tasks. The information you provide in the Project questionnaire will give us most of the information we need to get a good grasp of your project. Then, we will clarify any remaining information in the Initial consulation.
4. UPLOAD THE CLIENT READINESS CHECKLIST AND PROJECT QUESTIONNAIRE.
Once you purchase a plan, you will receive a link to securely upload the completed Project Start packet in the Project Information section of the Client Portal. When you upload the completed Client Readiness checklist and Project questionnaire, we will review both documents to get a good understanding of your project. We may have a few additional questions for you via email, if we need to clarify something. Using the link below, attach the completed document to the email and send it to us.
5. SCHEDULE INITIAL CONSULTATION.
Once you’ve completed and uploaded the Client Readiness checklist and Project questionnaire, we will send you an email to pay for (if you have not already done so) and schedule your Initial consultation.
