Work With Us

Are we a fit?

Our goal is make sure you are satisfied with your project and your project is a success. To do this, we consider three things: 1) we have adequate time to do a great job; 2) our skills, process and work style matches your need; and 3) our cost and your budget align.

1

WHAT’S YOUR TIMELINE?

Based on the size and complexity of the training, a project can take a few weeks to several months. The sooner we know about the project, the sooner we can get your project on the schedule. Sometimes, we will be able to start your project immediately and other times it may take weeks.

2

WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED?

Rema is an instructional designer and eLearning developer with over eight years of experience designing and developing training. She is an expert in instructional design, Storyline development, Captivate development and graphic design skills.

3

WHAT PROCESS ARE YOU COMFORTABLE WITH?

Rema uses a flexible version of the ADDIE model for developing training: 1)  performs needs, content and audience analysis; 2) develops learning objectives and creates the topic outline; 3) designs the course structure, activities and interactions; 4) writes scripts, creates storyboards and develops prototypes 5) develops training and multimedia elements; 6) tests the training to work out bugs; and 7) hands off the final version of the training to you.

4

WHAT’S YOUR WORK STYLE?

Many people don’t give it much thought but a person’s work style can make the difference between a successful, fun project and a challenging, frustrating one. This is especially important when working with subject matter experts and gathering feedback. Delivering a product that meets your expectation of success is important to us. With that in mind, we approach projects with diligence, consistency, detail-orientation and openness to feedback. We work communicatively, collaboratively and respectfully with clients and expect the same in return.

5

WHAT’S YOUR BUDGET?

We charge by the hour and require a retainter prior to starting any project. Once we scope the project, we will provide an estimate of the number of hours your project is likely to take. This gives you rough idea of what the total project may cost. If you have a specific budget, we can let you know what we can deliver for that budget.
